Are Dahlia Skincare products cruelty-free?

Yes! All of our products are completely cruelty-free and vegan friendly (and they always will be). We exclusively use plant-derived ingredients and only test the effectiveness of our products on real humans, never animals.

How often should I use your products?

We formulated our skincare to be gentle enough for daily use. Cleansers, toners, serums, moisturizers, facial oils, and eye creams can be used up to twice daily. Our exfoliants and masks can be used weekly.

Are these products safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Dahlia Skincare products are formulated with natural, safe ingredients and are generally safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding. Due to the natural fluctuation of hormones during pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is possible to develop sensitivities, so be sure to slowly introduce new products to your regimen and avoid using if irritation occurs.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns at this time. If there is a problem with your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please message us or send a photo to hello@shopdahliaskin.com, and we will send a replacement asap.
